1 year Workmanship Warranty
Clean Green Energy warrants that the installation of the solar power system is free from defects in workmanship & will repair defective work at no cost to the customer for a period of one year from the date of installation.
9 years Extended Workmanship Warranty
This warranty is extended at no costs to the customer for a further period of 9 years (total 10 years from date of installation) if the installed solar power system is regularly maintained by the customer as specified by the System Components* manufacturers but not less than every 2 years from the date of installation. In any warranty claim during the term of the extended warranty, the customer must provide proof of such regular maintenance by an accredited installer or engages Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd to conduct such regular maintenance.
‘System Components’ means the components used to install the solar power system comprising of the panels, mounting systems, inverter, wiring & all other parts.
The warranty covers the cost of labor or workmanship required to rectify a faulty or defective installation of the solar power system. It does not cover the system components, or any part of the installation site including structures, buildings and its fittings, plumbing, electrical system, contents or anything at the installation site or an adjacent site.
The warranty does not include the cost of any maintenance required to be done by the customer as specified in the extended warranty provisions.
Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd does not warrant that the system components are installed at its optimum orientation or position, which is determined solely by the customers’ preferences, the location and specific orientation of the installation site.
This warranty does not apply if the work done by Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd has been tampered with or by an unaccredited installer or outside the guidelines provided by the system component manufacturers. Where any subsequent work has been carried out by others on or around the installation work done by Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd, Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to inspect such work and void this warranty if such work has caused the fault or defect to the work done by Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd.
The warranty provided herein ceases to apply where the system components requires replacement or the installation is damaged by fire, heat, explosion, lighting or other natural disasters, weather, power surges, unusual or extreme conditions including high levels of acidity, salinity, pollutants or as a consequence of defect or faults relating to the installation site or falling objects or through no fault of Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd.
The warranty provided herein does not envisage or include any costs or liability assignable to Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd for the installation or removal of any panel or the troubleshooting of any electrical system onsite. It also excludes any transportation or handling costs or any other costs for the return of any defective system components to the manufacturers or the supply of a replacement part to the customer’s site. All such costs including the cost of removal and re-installation of any system component is the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty ceases to apply where the costs of any goods supplied or services provided by Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd to the customer remains unpaid or there is a debt owed to Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd for any reason.
Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any warranty claim lodged outside the relevant warranty period. All warranty claims must be lodged in writing to:

Warranty claims for system components warranted by a manufacturer may be sent directly to the manufacturer. Where there is no separate warranty for any system components, such claims should be sent to Clean Green Energy Solutions Pty Ltd. To ensure a warranty claim to be processed properly, please include all details of the claim, proof of purchase and if applicable, proof of regular maintenance.
